After graduating in Mechanical Engineering, she joined the company through an internship. Today, she is part of the Research, Innovation & Design team. She continues to grow every day through research, international trade fairs, and ongoing dialogue with partners and clients.

The journey
With a degree in Management Engineering, he joined the company as Quality Manager. Through internal growth and experience across both quality and production, he now leads manufacturing operations at the Tolentino and Montegranaro plants.

What she does
She manages the commercial relationship with one of Poltrona Frau In Motion’s key automotive clients, overseeing projects from the initial quotation phase through to series production. She acts as the link between the client and the company’s internal teams, ensuring alignment, continuity and a clear overall vision.

Bringing together different needs, goals and stakeholders, both within the company and on the client side, and guiding them towards a shared, result-driven path.
The highlight
Having the privilege of seeing each project as a whole, working closely with different internal teams and translating the client’s needs into concrete, coordinated actions.
The journey
After graduating in Economics and Business, and following extensive experience in the automotive sector, she joined Poltrona Frau In Motion in 2014 as Supply Chain Manager. Since 2018, she has held the role of dedicated Key Account Manager, contributing to the growth of one of the company’s most strategic partnerships.

What he does
He leads the Engineering, Design and Program Management teams at Poltrona Frau In Motion’s UK site, coordinating the development of new products and supporting clients throughout the entire project journey.

Bringing together different requirements, standards and culturally diverse approaches, depending on each client’s background, and turning the complexity of international projects into a shared, effective process.
The highlight
Showing that the required aesthetic and quality standards can be achieved, while working closely with the client to build a successful partnership. The greatest satisfaction comes when an idea becomes a production line and, ultimately, a real product.
The journey
He began his career over thirty-five years ago as a technical apprentice, specializing in body engineering. His path has taken him from engineering to project management and leadership roles. Today, he leads the Engineering team at Poltrona Frau In Motion UK.

Luca turns creative direction, material research and industrial requirements into concrete product solutions. He works alongside clients and their teams at every stage of the process, from product innovation to industrial production.

Finding the right balance between aesthetics, technology and practicality. His role is to identify the simplest and most effective path for each project to reach industrial production, while respecting the company’s identity and the client’s vision.

Luca first joined the company as a consultant focused on the digitalisation of production processes. Over time, his role evolved across design, product development, innovation, materials and support for major international clients. Today, he is a key reference for co-design and innovation at Poltrona Frau In Motion.

He oversees production, bringing projects, people and processes together into a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining quality, meeting deadlines and keeping production on track. With first-hand knowledge of every stage of production, he approaches each decision with a clear view of the bigger picture.

Seeing the team’s work result in a finished product, knowing that every achievement relies on skill, experience and a constructive approach to new challenges.
The journey
After completing his studies, he began his career at Poltrona Frau as an operator in the cutting department. Over the years, he has held roles across project management, quality, logistics and production, as well as gaining international experience at the Detroit plant. Today, he leads production with a 360-degree perspective developed through hands-on experience, one step at a time.
