We are in fact able to manage the entire production process, thanks to an integrated system that draws on a supply chain linked to the luxury furniture, footwear and fashion sectors for the technological processing of coverings, while relying on an automotive-derived supply chain for the production of substrates.
The direct relationship with tanneries and fabric or material manufacturers allows us to develop innovative materials and coverings from the very beginning, in line with the specific needs of each project. The company’s internal manufacturing processes make use of cutting-edge machinery and technologies, also supported by AI. Human input, however, remains fundamental: every aspect of the process is carried out or carefully monitored by specialized technical staff.

Cutting
Starting from the development of a project, we use the most innovative AI-guided nesting technologies to optimize the placement of patterns and pieces on a surface, avoiding the natural imperfections of the leather and minimizing cutting waste, while reducing processing times.
Airbag covering
The pre-cutting of the passenger-side airbag covering is carried out using a sophisticated laser system, which makes a non-through incision on a 1 mm thick leather, invisible from the outside of the dashboard. The absolute precision of the cut leaves a residual thickness of a few tenths of a millimeter on the surface. In the event of airbag deployment, the leather in the affected area can therefore open immediately.

Stitching
Here, no technology surpasses the human one: the stitching of the coverings is always guided by the experience and sensitivity of our craftsmen, capable of creating a wide range of profiles, edgings and embroidery on every type of seat with the same artisanal care of "handmade" work. The different textures are not only aesthetic, but are designed to improve the seating experience, ensuring superior comfort compared to a standard seat.
Bonding
During the bonding phase, collaborative robots (cobots) are used to apply adhesives and sealants uniformly and with the same precision even across large volumes. The cobot performs the repetitive and constant bonding operations, allowing operators to focus on higher value-added activities, such as quality control or assembly.

Ultrasonic welding
Ultrasonic welding permanently joins two or more plastic components through high-frequency mechanical vibrations, without the use of glues or external heat. The energy generated is transmitted to the joining point between the parts by a dedicated sonotrode, which causes controlled melting of the material. The robot guarantees positioning precision at the welding point, control of the approach movement to the part, and repeatability of operations.
Headliner upholstery press
This significantly reduces the time required to cover large, complex components such as headliners. Through the use of heated plates and applied pressure, the press allows synthetic materials to be applied directly onto frames such as headliners. The previously applied adhesive is reactivated by heat, enabling the two materials to bond.
Seat upholstery
This is entrusted to the artisanal expertise of our craftspeople, individuals who have worked at the company for years with extreme care, skilled in "feeling" every surface and following every curve with attention and love of detail.
Substrates
We don't simply commission them. We develop innovative solutions in-house to meet every type of requirement, such as lightweight substrates for dashboards, door panels, floor mats, roof linings, pillars, and trunk linings.
