The Challenge: To take an exceptional material, originally developed for automotive interiors, and give it a new purpose beyond the car. The aim was to create a travel object that could reflect the Maserati experience through sustainability, craftsmanship and a culture of movement.
The Response: Poltrona Frau In Motion designed a collection of weekend bags crafted from Pelle Frau® leather recovered from the production of Maserati interiors. From the stitching to the finishes, every detail was conceived to celebrate the quality of the material and translate the spirit of Grand Touring into an accessory designed to accompany the journey beyond the car.
The Result: The Maserati Weekend Bag collection gives fine leather a second life, turning responsible reuse into lasting value. A project that expresses contemporary luxury through design, responsibility and a deep culture of craftsmanship.
