The Challenge: To design the interiors of a racing sailing yacht using luxury materials, while maintaining the right balance between lightness, comfort, durability and functionality. Every element had to enhance life on board without affecting performance during racing.
The Response: Poltrona Frau In Motion developed a flexible interior system, designed to adapt quickly to the different ways the yacht can be used. Removable furnishings, foldable storage elements and premium materials – from carbon fibre and white lacquer to natural teak – are combined with Pelle Frau® Saddle surfaces and details, treated to ensure technical reliability as well as a refined tactile quality. Lightness, durability and elegance come together in a project that blends technology with Italian craftsmanship.
The Result: The ClubSwan 50 redefines the idea of nautical interior design, showing how innovation and craftsmanship can support sporting performance without compromising comfort or the quality of life on board. The project marks Poltrona Frau In Motion’s entry into the world of high-performance sailing.
